Customisation
As it is a SAAS web application, any customization is not allowed
If you want to customize, you have to pay an extra charge accordingly and it will depend on changes. It is mandatory to give changes in writing, so that we can quote charges in advance, and 30% advance payment required for customization
Annual Maintenance
Annual Maintenance will be charged in advance after 1 year, that will be 50% of the first time
